Q. How many sanitary disposal units do we need ?
A. This is a common question and SWH highly recommends at least 1 sanitary bin per cubicle. It is unfortunate that if no sanitary bin is available – most women/girls will “flush” their items. This can be a costly outcome of not having provisions in place. We are often called to install extra bins as “flushing” has blocked plumbing.
Q. How often do we need our sanitary bin services carried out?
A. SWH has expert staff that will come and assess your individual needs and custom design a solution for your washroom needs. We are able to conduct services, 4 weekly, 2 weekly, weekly and bi-weekly servicing for high usage areas.
Q. We have no women between puberty & menopause, so why do we need a sanitary disposal unit?
A. Many women use protection at times other than when they are menstruating for eg, light incontinence. It is also important to have a provision on site for your visitors/customers.
Q. Will I still have to pay the annual charge if the bin does not need changing every month?
A. Yes. The charge is for the annual supply of each bin. It is also encumbent on the Client to provide monthly access.

PAYMENT TERMS
ALL INVOICES ARE DUE & PAYABLE FOURTEEN (14) DAYS FROM INVOICE DATE UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON WITH THE SOUTH WEST HYGIENE AND THE CLIENT AGREES TO SUCH TERMS. THE CLIENT ALSO AGREES TO BE LIABLE FOR ANY & ALL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE COLLECTION OF OVERDUE INVOICES, OF THIRD PARTY OR OTHERWISE COLLECTION AGENCIES. THE SOUTH WEST HYGIENE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A MONTHLY ADMINISTRATION FEE TO ALL OVERDUE INVOICES.
INSTALLATION CARE & MAINTENANCE
THE CONTRCATOR SHALL INSTALL THE UNITS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS AGREEMENT AND SHALL DURING THE TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT, SERVICE AND MAINTAIN THE UNITS IN GOOD REPAIR, CARRYING OUT REGULAR ROUTINE SERVICES AS IS REASONABLY NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN THE EFFICIENCY OF THE SERVICE, BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE CLIENT’S OBLIGATION TO TAKE REASONABLE CARE OF THE UNITS. DURING THE TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT THE CLIENT SHALL: FULLY COMPLY WITH ALL INSTRUCTIONS CONVEYED TO IT BY THE CONTRACTOR IN THE USE AND OPERATION OF THE UNITS. IF IT REASONABLY BELIEVES THAT THE UNITS BE IN NEED OF REPAIRS OR ADDITIONAL SERVICE, FORTHWITH NOTIFY THE CONTRACTOR OF THE NEED OF SUCH REPAIRS. PAY A SERVICE FEE OF $65 PLUS GST FOR ANY CLIENT REQUESTED EXTRA UNSCHEDULED SERVICE. BE RESPONSIBLE AND PAY FOR ALL AND ANY REASONABLE REPAIRS TO OR REPLACEMENT COST OF THE UNITS SHOULD THOSE REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT BE NEEDED AS A RESULT OF PREVENTABLE MALICIOUS DAMAGE AND PROVIDE UNRESTRICTED ACCESS, AS REQUIRED, TO THE PREMISES FOR THE PURPOSE OF SERVICING OF THE HYGIENE UNITS.
